
Our business is located at the beginning of the Salzkammergut in Staig near Schwanenstadt.
Our 20 hectares comprehensive farming is led traditionally as a family-owned enterprise. Raspberries, strawberries and wild fruits as well as part of the malaceous fruits are primarily reaped here at the plants of their own. Being apricots, peaches, cherries and Vistula reaped mainly at a lease business in the Burgenland located climatically more favourably.
The distillation of brandy learned Ferdinand Parzmair 1992 at Wolfram Ortners “Schnaps- hochschule” in Bad Kleinkirchheim. In 1994 he already gained his first gold medals and since then Parzmair brandys are honoured and are a true “ambassador of good taste.
The assortment contains more than 40 brandys at he moment in which stone and malaceous fruits are distilled in the traditional rough and fine distill method , berries and wild fruit are produced in a line distill. It is a matter of course for us that the complete fruit and berry production is subject to the editions of the "integrated fruit-growing". Our philosophy is: "Only healthy and tree mature fruit, berries and wild fruits take the finest flavours " into nose and palates”. Fine liqueurs, juices, nectar, all sorts of jams and fruit jellies, they also are part of the extensive product range of our family-owned enterprise.
